Grant Opportunities
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) provides funding search assistance for Winston-Salem State University faculty and staff. Faculty and staff requesting specific funding search assistance from OSP pre-award staff are required to complete the Funding Opportunity Request Form (FORF). OSP staff will use the information from this form to conduct specific funding searches through the Grant Resource Center (GRC) and other search engines.

To ensure that WSSU submits highly competitive proposals to gain a competitive edge as well as increase the likelihood of success, an
To be considered for a limited submissions opportunity, interested principal investigators (PI) and/or program directors (PD) must participate in the limited submissions proposal development process, which includes submitting an Internal Notice of Intent (INOI) and a project summary to the Office of Sponsored (OSP). Grant Resource Center
The Grants Resource Center (GRC), a premium service of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), strengthens the competitive edge of colleges and universities pursuing public and private funding opportunities. GRC membership is open to all public and private colleges and universities offering four-year and graduate degrees. WSSU encourages our institution to optimize its AASCU membership with a GRC subscription.
