Student Complaint Filing Process

WSSU is fully invested in hearing the voices of our students.

If you have a complaint about a professor, department, institutional policy(s), or people/department(s) not following established procedures, you may follow this process using the Written Complaint Portal to submit a formal complaint.

For violations of the Students’ Code of Conduct and behavioral issues, please use the Incident Reporting Form.

Incident Reporting Form: Misconduct or Behavioral Issues

Please use the Incident Reporting Form to report specific events or occurrences that involve concerns about safety, violations of the Students’ Code of Conduct, or behavior that violates institutional rules or community standards.

If you need to report harassment, discrimination, assault, academic dishonesty or safety concerns, please use the Incident Reporting Form.

• Concern over an individual’s well-being.
• Violations of the Students’ Code of Conduct, such as vandalism, substance abuse, or theft.
• Witnessing or being involved in a safety concern, such as a hazardous condition on campus.
• Reporting academic dishonesty or violations of classroom conduct.
