Join the Line – Passport Services

The WSSU Passport Acceptance Facility operates as a walk‑in only location and now features Qless, a queueing system that allows you to efficiently join the line in the order of your arrival—without physically standing in line.

To get started, select the reason for your visit and securely mark your place in line. You will receive text message notifications when it is your turn to be serviced in the office.

While waiting, we ask that you remain comfortably in our lobby area. If the lobby is full, you may wait in your vehicle until you are notified.

Important: Please do not join the queue unless you are fully prepared to be seen. You must have:

*A completed passport application with no errors
*Required citizenship documentation
*Valid identification
*A check or money order for the federal passport application fee
*A debit or credit card for the acceptance facility fee
*Arriving fully prepared helps us serve all applicants efficiently and minimizes delays.
