The WSSU AI Summit 2026 will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem, NC.

How to Check-In

• Summit check-in will be located on the main concourse of the Benton Convention Center.
• Please utilize the 5th Street entrance and follow directional signage upon arrival.
• Volunteers will be easily identifiable by their special event lanyards and will be available to assist with any questions or guidance throughout the venue.

Parking Information

Parking will be available at 6th Cherry Trade Parking Deck - 527 N Cherry St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101

Attendees will be responsible for covering any associated parking fees. We encourage guests to allow additional time for parking and morning check-in.
