Expertly trained practitioner in the following disciplines: leadership development, quality management, project management, human resource development (HRD) and adult education; whose function is to leverage training and learning opportunities, to improve capacity and performance in individuals, groups or teams. Vast experience and subject matter expert in managing, consulting, and leadership training in military, corporate, and educational environments. Effectively utilizes consultation skills while listening to student-learners’ needs and translating them into learning opportunities and/or proactive solutions. Competencies include but not limited to: program development, training and development, career development, organizational development, leadership development, strategic planning and needs assessment, adult learning theories, e-learning and distance education, diversity education, change management and project management principles.
