Get RamReady before July 29, 2024.
This fall is going to be EPIC, Rams! Make sure you are ready to return. Complete these three important steps before the RamReady deadline.
You MUST complete these steps BEFORE your RAMCard can be activated. You'll need your RAMCard to access your residence hall, dining plan, and classes. Don't procrastinate! Start today and make sure you're RamReady as soon as possible.
#1 Register NOW
Classes are filling up. Register now to stay on track and get the classes you need.
- Meet with your advisor, receive your alternate pin, register for your classes.
- Remember 15 x 8 to Graduate. Register for a minimum of 15 credit hours for 8 semesters to graduate in four years.
#2 Take Care of Your Bill
Your bill must be satisfied through financial aid, a payment plan, another funding source, or a combination. To generate your bill, you must have already met with your advisor and registered for classes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING YOUR BILL
- Locate & View Your Bill. Login to the Banner system. There, you can view your account, check your financial aid status, and understand what amount you will need to arrange to pay.
- Update your eRefund account. While you are in Banner, if you believe you may become eligible for a refund, update your eRefund account through your ePay portal. Refunds are moving from BankMobile to TouchNet.

- Check Your Financial Aid Award Status. In Banner you can also check your award status, accept your award, and complete any outstanding financial aid requirements.
- SAP Status. If you receive financial aid, you need to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to remain eligible for receiving aid in future semesters. Check your email if you believe you may have unsatisfactory SAP.

- Pay the difference between your bill and your award. If your financial aid award is not enough to cover your expenses, you can pay the difference with a credit card, RamPay payment plan, or loan.
- WSSU is going CASHLESS. WSSU is no longer accepting cash for tuition and fee payments. Please take care of your balance with an acceptable Method of Payment BEFORE the RamReady deadline: July 29.
#3 Update Your Immunizations
Your immunization records must be up to date AND verified before move-in.
For example: Tetanus shots must be updated every 10 years. Failure to update will result in a non-compliant status.
