Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyst providing analytics, business process analysis and reengineering to improve business operations and services to students, faculty, and staff. Develops/maintains reports, graphs and dashboards using business intelligence tools and advanced analytics, primarily Information Builders WebFOCUS. Reports can be scheduled via Report Caster to automatically distribute reports. Reporting data sources consist of the BANNER ERP modules and related 3rd party applications. Departmental clients are able to make data driven decisions, track data trends and provide enhanced accountability and data transparency.

Training
WebFOCUS Basic User Training is provided to departmental clients monthly. The primary purpose of this class is to train the functional client how to log into the dashboard and run a report. The following items are included in the training: logging into the reporting dashboard, content of dashboard, selecting a domain, running a report, save/print a report, adding reports to favorite list, viewing recently run repots and how to run a deferred report.
