Cayuse FAQs

Effective September 15, 2021, all new Human Subject applications must be completed in CAYUSE Research Suite by choosing from the drop-down menu, “Human Ethics”.

All Human Subjects modifications or renewals from existing approved protocols prior to September 15, 2021, must be completed in IRBIS.

Effective September 15, new proposals must be completed and routed in Cayuse SP.

Effective September 15, 2021, all new Human Subjects application correspondence will be identified in your email as do-not-reply@cayuse.com.

All correspondence for Human Subjects modifications or renewals from existing approved protocols prior to September 15, 2021, will be identified in your email as irb@wssu.edu.

All proposals that are routing in RAMSeS on September 15 will be managed in RAMSeS until the legacy data is migrated to Cayuse SP.

All awards that are in process in RAMSeS on September 15, 2021 will be managed in RAMSeS until the legacy data is migrated.

You will be able to find the award in RAMSeS until the legacy data is migrated to Cayuse SP. All new proposals will be entered in Cayuse effective September 15, 2021.
