Who is Eligible for tickets?
Currently enrolled Winston-Salem State University students are eligible to receive one (1) FREE ticket for each regular season home basketball on-campus game as well as other select student events on campus. This is based on ticket allotment, which governs how many people can be safely and legally housed in a specific amount of space for an event.
RAM Online Student Ticketing Distribution
Student MUST register online at the WSSU Student Ticket Portal for student tickets for basketball and select student events. Students login to the system using their WSSU Banner ID#. You must go all the way through the process through to checkout and submit payment (even if there is no payment due) until you get to the confirmation page. Once you see the confirmation screen, you have finished your reservation.
A mobile ticket or a print-at-home ticket will be sent to your registered email address. Student tickets must be used by the registered WSSU student who must also present their valid RAM Card to gain admittance. Students cannot gain admittance using another student’s RAM Card.
If you have questions about this process, please contact the Ticket Office at 336-750-3220.
Transferring Student Tickets
Students tickets are available for eligible WSSU students only! For students who cannot attend an athletic event, you may provide another eligible WSSU student with that ticket if it is properly transferred. Ticket transfers are only allowed for athletic events. No other university sponsored on-campus events qualify for ticket transfer.
To properly transfer a ticket, the student must contact the WSSU Ticket Office (336-750-3220) to have the ticket removed from their account. The new eligible student must register the ticket prior to the game or event. The student will need to present their valid WSSU Ram Card and the ticket for entry.
