CITI names 2018-19 faculty fellows
Winston-Salem State University’s Center for Innovative and Transformative Information (CITI) has announced its 2018-19 faculty fellows.
- Phil Timcheck, nursing, will support excellence in teaching in Active Learning Classrooms (ALCs) by providing evidence-based course and teaching methods.
- Chinyu Wu, occupational therapy, will bring her expertise in instructional technology and online teaching to CITI to help increase the use of web tools in classrooms.
- Cecile Yancu, sociology, will focus on team teaching and other innovative pedagogies to enhance teaching and learning at WSSU.
These one-year fellowships support faculty who are interested in helping other faculty to improve their teaching and learning practices.
